1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card must secure your reservation. Full payment is collected at departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations are free up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows incur the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, breaches gaming rules, or violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming at our property falls under International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and above. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be set at any time through our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Coralmanormisty or its licensors and protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This site may include links to third-party websites. We are not liable for the content or practices of those external sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by International law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
